We will work in partnership with colleges and many schools in our area to offer quality Apprenticeship training and work experience to our local young people.

In March 2010 Hogarth Engineering Ltd signed the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills Pledge. This means that we are committed to:

• Actively encourage and support employees to gain the skills and qualifications that will meet the needs of our business and will support their future employability
• Futher support employees to acquire basic literacy and numeracy skills and work towards their first full Level 2 qualification
• Demonstrably raise employees' skills and competancies to improve our organisational performance through investing in economically valuable training and development.
